It is never start too early to keep your baby’s heart in healthy order, and there are many little things that you can do just that. So though it may be very hard you need to stop smoking. It also important as your baby grow into a toddler that they get sufficient exercise. Toddlers need 20 – 60 minutes of exercise every day. You need the exercise too, so block some time aside for you and your little one to run and play. And the last thing you can do to help keep your baby’s heart healthy is to feed him the proper proportions. A tot only requires 25% of an adult portion. So they would just need to half of an egg and slice of bread and only 1 ounce of meat. This will help to your baby stay fit for life.
